Can Bubblegum put a camera in your room? She can, but Sharon has spy training and a gun and will not take kindly to finding such a thing.
Can she monitor you in other ways such as heat signatures? Yes, especially if Sharon doesn't know about it. If she does know about it, she may try and set up some parameters.
Tracking devices? Just checking! See the camera in room answer. She also wouldn't willingly do it, because she doesn't trust people enough.
Also if it comes up how do you feel about being studied for Science? No harm will come to you. Probably. Sharon will answer any questions Bubblegum may have. But Sharon is not getting strapped to a table, and she will not appreciate being poked or prodded.
