Grouping them all together because my answers for the last two/three are gonna be the same across the board (and have the same answer even) and I'm lazy.

JAMES:
Can Bubblegum put a camera in your room? Probably not, unless Christine really wants to. Peebs, don't spy on the newlyweds, you perve.
Can she monitor you in other ways such as heat signatures? Sure! He has magic in him too, since in his world it's a thing you're born with, so have fun there.

THE ONCE-LER:
Can Bubblegum put a camera in your room? SURE. He'll be out a lot of the time but it's worth it for all the cute piglet videos she'll get out of it. Boris will be a reality TV star!

WIRT:
Can Bubblegum put a camera in your room? Yes. I can guarantee you it will take a really really really long time for him to notice. Hell Beatrice or Dipper would probably notice before he did.
Can she monitor you in other ways such as heat signatures? Sure! His might be a little...weird though, because Schrodinger's Wirt.

STAN:
Can Bubblegum put a camera in your room? Yes/No. He'd probably notice it and take it down, but not before messing with her and being as gross of an old man as possible to try and deter her from putting up another one. He's doing shady shit and doesn't want to be filmed doing it.

Can she monitor you in other ways such as heat signatures? (for everyone else) Sure! The Once-ler and Stan don't have any weird things of note.
Tracking devices? Just checking! Depends! I'm not totally opposed but I'd rather this happen if she gets CR with someone than just randomly having a tracking device placed in them.
Also if it comes up how do you feel about being studied for Science? No harm will come to you. Probably. Depends! I'm not totally opposed to this either but I'd rather thread it out than handwave it, and it's one of those things that'll have a different answer depending how horrible I've been to them all lately.
