Can Bubblegum put a camera in your room? HAHAHA HE HAS NO ROOM. JOKE'S ON YOU.
Can she monitor you in other ways such as heat signatures? I'm not sure if Bill gives off a heat signature. Presumably he does when he's actually present, and appearing and disappearing gives off greater heat signatures because he's a being of energy. I'm fine with it, I leave the science up to you.
Tracking devices? Just checking! IMPOSSIBIRU, if you throw a tracking device in him it will malfunction and probably float aimlessly in the small void that comprises his being.
Also if it comes up how do you feel about being studied for Science? No harm will come to you. Probably. GOD PLEASE TRY TO STUDY HIM FOR SCIENCE
